Specifically stated septicsuppliesinc.com assumes no liability for any assembling of the product installation or damage to the product or other type damages happening during installation, including electrical shock, sewer back-up, etc. It is your responsibility to check with your local or state regulatory authorities to ensure the item you are purchasing will meet local and state codes. Although we make comparisons and in many cases offer identical septic tank aerators or parts for the systems, we are not the OEM of any aerobic product.
No returns will be accepted for orders placed on septicsuppliesinc.com without an RA# (Return Authorization). If you have a return you must first call a sales representative at Septic Supplies, Inc. at 1-877-583-0809 to receive your RA# and the shipping address to return your product. Any product accepted for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless it is replaced with another product purchased from septicsuppliesinc.com. You are responsible for cost of freight for returning your order. All returns must be returned in good condition including all original packaging and paperwork. No returns accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process your refund, credit your charge card, or issue a merchandise refund. For credits issued to credit cards, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear. (Note: if your return disqualifies you from "multiple item" pricing, your invoice will be adjusted to the single unit price.) We cannot refund shipping & handling charges or return postage. A credit will not be issued if product has been used or is not acceptable by local Regulatory Authorities. Special order items are non-refundable
All the products sold on septicsuppliesinc.com come with a one-year manufacturer warrantee unless otherwise noted on product detail. It will be at the sole discretion of the original manufacture of the product regarding warranty claim acceptance or denial. Warrantee will be null and void if product has not been properly installed per instructions included in packing. Septicsuppliesinc.com liability is limited to repair or replacement of failed part once deemed a warrantable issue. At no time will septicsuppliesinc.com be held liable for any subsequent damages or any labor, material, freight or expense required to replace, correct, or reinstall the product. Please contact Septicsuppliesinc.com before returning any products for consideration of warranty and to obtain a RA# for return.
UPS, FedEx, or the USPS will be used to ship items ordered on septicsuppliesinc.com. Larger items will be shipped using Truck freight and will require someone at delivery location to unload and in some cases order must be delivered to a commercial establishment. Shipping is included on all orders placed on septicservicesinc.com in the amount of $30 or more and has a delivery location in the continental US. Orders for less than $30 or have a delivery location outside of the continental US, freight will be charged to the product price. A Septic Supplies, Inc. representative will contact you with the additional freight charge. Any ordered placed on septicsuppliesinc.com cannot be shipped to a PO Box. All orders are shipped using standard shipping methods; if you need the order quicker please contact a Septic Supplies, Inc. representative to discuss shipping upgrade options including Saturday delivery. Orders placed before 2pm central time, will ship out same day, orders placed after 2pm central time will be shipped next business day (does not included weekends or holidays). If any product arrives damaged, we advise you take a picture of the damaged shipment, save the shipping container and notify septicsuppliesinc.com immediately. Do not return the damaged shipment as it may affect your right to file a claim with the carrier. You must contact septicsuppliesinc.com within 3 days of damaged product arrival and include the pictures taken at time of delivery. Once we have received this information we will contact the carrier for damage claims and then we will send you a replacement. Pictures can be emailed to info@septicsuppliesinc.com.
